3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- With your existing lender, and only with your explicit written authorization (typically via a limited Power of Attorney), to obtain payoff letters or coordinate the transfer of payment responsibility
- With service providers we use to operate our business — such as DocuSign for electronic signatures, Google Workspace for email and document storage, and our payment processor — under standard confidentiality terms
- To comply with legal obligations when required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law
We do not share your information with credit bureaus, marketers, or any party not directly involved in completing your transaction.
4. Credit reporting
ReDrive Solutions is not a lender and does not report payment activity to credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or any specialty consumer reporting agency). Our process does not involve a credit pull or hard inquiry on your credit report.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support analytics. Specifically:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic and engagement metrics
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps to help us improve the site
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Disabling cookies does not affect your ability to use this site.

8. Data retention
We retain customer information for as long as needed to complete and document your transaction, and for the period required by Texas law and our service providers' record-keeping requirements (typically four years from the date of the agreement). After that period, records are securely destroyed unless you have an ongoing relationship with us.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Texas-specific disclosures
This service is offered exclusively to Texas residents and is structured under Texas contract and property law. ReDrive Solutions is not a licensed lender, refinance company, dealership, or motor vehicle finance company. We act as a transaction facilitator using installment-sale agreements and limited Power of Attorney documents. Independent legal review is encouraged before signing any agreement.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a banner on our website). Your continued use of our services after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
