1. Program description
The ReDrive Solutions SMS program is a recurring messaging program that allows ReDrive to communicate with you about an inquiry you have submitted regarding our Take Over Payments or Title Payoff programs. The program is operated by ReDrive Solutions and is intended exclusively for residents of Texas who have voluntarily requested information or a written offer from us.
2. Consent to receive messages
You consent to receive text messages from ReDrive Solutions by checking the "Text me too" consent box on our intake form at www.redrivesolutions.com and submitting the form with the mobile telephone number you wish us to use. Your consent is given expressly and voluntarily. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using ReDrive Solutions, requesting an offer, or completing any transaction with us.
3. Types of messages you'll receive
If you opt in, ReDrive will send you text messages relating to your inquiry, including but not limited to:
- Confirmation that your intake form has been received
- Notification that a written offer is ready for your review
- Scheduling and confirmation of follow-up phone calls with your ReDrive representative
- Requests for additional information needed to prepare your offer (lender name, payoff letter, vehicle details)
- Status updates on document signing via DocuSign
- Payoff coordination updates for Title Payoff transactions
- Replies to questions you initiate
ReDrive does not use SMS for marketing, promotional offers, sales blasts, or any communication unrelated to your specific inquiry or transaction.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the stage of your inquiry. You should typically expect no more than 6 messages per month. During active document signing or payoff coordination, you may temporarily receive a higher volume; outside of active transactions, you may receive few or no messages at all.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, depending on the rate plan you have with your mobile carrier. ReDrive Solutions is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier as a result of messages sent or received under this program. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. How to opt out (STOP)
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time and at no cost by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Upon receipt of an opt-out message, we will send a single confirmation reply and you will not receive further SMS messages from ReDrive Solutions unless and until you opt back in. To re-subscribe, reply START or submit a new intake form with the consent box checked.

8. Supported carriers
The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and most other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy and information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile telephone number is used solely by ReDrive Solutions to communicate with you about your inquiry. Information sharing with service providers strictly necessary to deliver SMS messages (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted under standard confidentiality terms. 10. Eligibility
The SMS program is offered exclusively to residents of Texas who are at least 18 years of age and who own the mobile number they provide (or have the account holder's permission to use it). By opting in, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
11. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the program (such as via an SMS notice or an update message on this page). Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, reply STOP to opt out.
12. No warranty; limitation of liability
The SMS program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ReDrive Solutions makes no warranties regarding the timeliness, delivery, accuracy, or completeness of any messages. To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, ReDrive Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from message delays, non-delivery, or errors in transmission, or from any third-party actions affecting message delivery.
13. Texas-specific disclosures
ReDrive Solutions is not a licensed lender, refinance company, dealership, debt collector, or motor vehicle finance company. We are a private-party transaction facilitator structuring installment-sale and assignment transactions under Texas contract and property law. SMS communications under this program are 1:1 customer service communications related to a specific inquiry you have voluntarily submitted; they are not solicitations, advertisements, or telemarketing within the meaning of applicable Texas or federal law.
